Like many people, I didn’t always make work decisions in a very effective way. Work and career choices are one of those challenges that unite most of us in the struggle, regardless of background. I believe everyone has unique life experiences and stories that offer powerful insights to make a specific difference in the world. That means you and your team too.

I’ve had a squiggly career, and that’s taught me the importance of removing self made limits on what’s possible, and the systemic ones too. In many ways I’ve been an unintentional trailblazer, as a first in family to go to university, and working on strategic change and improvement programmes in my early career. It’s why I ended up researching innovation in the career development sector, so that the gaps I experienced are bridged for future generations.
